Body of Earth
Exhibition from the Arts SU 2023 UAL Collaborative Residency Program
’Body of Earth’ was a culmination of work produced during Arts SU’s collaborative residency program. Curated by Jal Ito and Layla Smith the works on display were unified around themes of the environment, some focused on the beauty and strangeness of the natural world, others confronting the dangers of the climate crisis. At the very front of the space was a terrarium with live isopods and springtails crawling around their meticulously created natural world.
